5. Look at the Vision Board Daily

6. Separate “the Anorexia self” from the” healthy self

You need to recognize the unhelpful and restrictive thoughts that your anorexia self is creating. Then you can practice telling yourself the positive thoughts and taking actions with your healthy self. No matter what your anorexia self is telling you as your thought alone does not have the power to harm you.

7. Challenge Yourself 

It is really important to recover from Anorexia to step out of your comfort zone. You need to set small goals of food and challenge yourself to beat the fear of that food.


Although you need a treatment team or consultant to completely recover from this eating disorder, the most important player in this recovery task is you. you have to work on yourself to beat that unhealthy anorexia patient inside yourself which creates the baseless thoughts and fears to restrict you from eating anything.
